6th July 2008 - Churches Together in Twydall service at Holy Trinity Church, Twydall Green at 10.00 a.m:
'Taster of a ‘Walk Thru’ the Bible’ Old Testament seminar by Cliff Keeys'.
August 2008 - Four of our members will be visiting Christian Women in Action for Development, in Tanzania, an organisation that we have sought to support for several years.
August 2008 - No Family Services will be held but Communion as usual at 9.30 a.m.
28th September 2008 - Harvest Thanksgiving service at 11.00 a.m. with Roger Lumley
21st December 2008 - Family Carol Service at 4.00 pm. With Derek Savage.
26 – 29 May 2009 - Holiday Bible Club for Juniors with Steve Morley. From 10.00 a.m. until noon each day.
In all these things, let’s keep in mind this thought: “It’s not about us.” Personal peace and happiness come out of a higher purpose in life; as Jesus taught: “If you cling to your life, you will lose it; but if you give it up for me, you will find it.” How exciting!
